Working with the Board of Trustees, the Director of Advancement oversees the school's fundraising and alumni relationseport to the Head of School. Work in partnership with the Board of Trustees. Supervise a full-time staff of three. Oversee the annual fund campaign. Direct donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Engage and guide a large endowment and capital campaign. Administer the planned giving program. Manage alumni relations. Organize the donor database. Supervise advancement staff. Represent advancement interests in strategic decision-making. Perform other functions as directed by the Head of School.QUALIFICATIONS Strong non-profit or independent school experience Superb writing and communication skills.
