Job Description:
Renowned New York based hospital seeks Senior Systems Programmer to join their team of IT/LIS experts. He/she will provide systems programming services in accordance with established procedures for the data center environment. He/she will also provide technical assistance, direction and training in a variety of systems programming areas to appropriate staff.

Job Requirements:
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN IT (HEALTH CARE) BACKGROUND.

• A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Five or more years systems programming experience.
• Work requires excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and experience with 24 X 7 operations are required.

He/she should have experience in the following areas:
• MVS
• CICS
• NETWORK/VTAM
• UNIX
• HL7
