Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and possible funders; brainstorm ideas for marketing and communications materials; participate in the planning of the annual Education and Workforce Summit; help develop curriculum and teach courses at Institute for Organization Management; present and participate as a panelist at national, regional, and local events; represent ICW on the boards of external organizations; write case studies for the Web site; and other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of related experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; creativity and the ability to think strategically and to be a self-starter, problem solver, and decision maker; able to manage and track multiple projects and meet deadlines; excellent customer service; and strong knowledge of education and workforce issues; flexibility to travel.
