Job Description:
Primary responsibilities will include providing analytics and financial analysis to support development of team strategy as well as developing standardized processes around on-going operations. Specific activities include: financial analysis and financial reporting, developing and tracking key performance metrics, supporting budget development, effectively communicating objectives and results, and performing other assigned duties as required. To be successful, the candidate must already have a solid background in finance and business planning in order to contribute immediately. The individual will be expected to perform rigorous financial and strategic analyses and communicate the results through concise, compelling presentations. These and other skills will be necessary for the candidate to quickly understand the nuances of these businesses in order to identify key factors for success. In addition, the candidate must also be able to work within the context of a multi-disciplinary team. Bachelors degree or higher. A background in finance, business administration and/or accounting is also required At least three years experience in a relevant prior financial management role Ability to take complex problems and boil them down to simple, easy to understand slide presentations Meticulous and hard working. Individual will be expected to perform billing and reporting tasks in addition to managerial responsibilities.
