Drug Test 3. Security Investigation Major Duties:Serves as a first-level supervisor and senior financial advisor within a directorate or headquarters. As such, oversees a staff of analysts/specialists that provide proficient and authoritative finance advice and knowledge to support decision- makers in achieving overall intelligence objectives and priorities. Oversees development of policy and guidance for planning, implementing and ensuring alignment of program requirements in accordance with Agency strategic plan.This position is located in the Chief Financial Executive Satellite Office for Human Capital (FEHCS).- Employee is directly responsible for organizing, planning, supervising and directing work of independent-level budget analysts and may oversee work of other financial or management analysts. Organization structure and activity consists of a variety of financial occupational specialties and activities requiring frequently shifting work assignments. As such, incumbent is often required to alter structure or work methods to meet changes in requirements and shifts in workload. Incumbent is responsible for effective use of assigned personnel and for the quality and quantity of work produced.- Exercises technical and administrative supervision over a team of financial program specialists and may supervise budget or program analysts, or accountants, responsible for the fiscal operations and management of complex programs.
