Requirements: U.S. Citizenship Background Security Investigation Residency in the U.S. for last 3 years (see explanation) Drug Test Selective Placement Factor Major Duties: You will be required to plan, the overall allocation of personnel and other resources in two organizational segments supervised to accomplish work operations which, because of their scope, volume, and complexity, must be planned on a quarterly or longer basis. Analyzes work plans developed by subordinate supervisors for accomplishment of assigned work orders and projects and the status or work being accomplished in relation to overall schedule requirements, including unanticipated or emergency requirement. Provide higher lever managers and /or supervisors information on ability to accomplish work assignments as scheduled, status of work projects, budget estimates, changes in equipment, facilities techniques, etc. Provide general work schedules, methods and policies broadly established by upper lever management, assigns and explain work requirements and operating instructions to subordinate supervisors, sets deadlines and establishes the sequence of work operations to be followed. You will maintain an effective line of communication with the ACPA in charge of the Vehicle Repair Services and subordinate supervisors and workers by establishing and analyzing a variety of procedures that assure effective control and direction of work activities, organizations and personnel supervised. This includes daily briefing, daily work plans from subordinated supervisors, biweekly work schedules, weekly reports
