We have been retained by our client, in their search for IT Specialist, this is a Full time direct hire opportunity, Located in Downtown Albany, NY. Salary range is $30K+
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain a variety of experience within Information technology.
Ideal candidate will be a self starter with a high sense of urgency. This position is for a great company with opportunity for growth and an excellent benefits package.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Helpdesk duties as needed
• Upload documents
• Basic development and testing work
• Assisting developers and systems administrators on a daily basis
Required Experience:
• Must have Excellent problem solving abilities
• Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field, bachelors degree in related field preferred
• Must have a strong desire to be in a IT related role
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must be professional and have a strong work ethic
