Job Description:
As Analyst for this program the candidate will be responsible for directing the recruitment of subjects; management of patient schedules; management of clinician schedules; data collection; supervision of research assistants; administration and interpretation of cognitive testing; reporting of results; and leadership of weekly lab meetings. The incumbent will be the central person responsible for ensuring that patients, clinicians, administrators, and other personnel\'s needs are met; responsible for the operations and quality improvement goals for the entire program project grant; act as team leader and as the liaison to all collaborating groups; report to the Principal Investigator on all program activity and be accountable for operational and quality improvement decisions and directions for the research program in dementia; and perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications BA/BS with a major in Psychology, Biological Sciences or a related field and one year of experience in administrative analysis or operations research, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word; Excel and Access; experience with patients with dementia and their families; detail-oriented.
