This includes maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers through routine face to face meetings, networking within customer for future business development opportunities and providing the leadership as the go to person for issues both internal and external, that may be in need of resolution. This person will oversee at a strategic level the entire clinical trial portfolio for the customers they are responsible for. This includes; involvement in proposal development, providing leadership for trial deliverables and ensuring milestones are met, leading monthly project review meetings to executive management, maintaining project financials to ensure bid profitability through review of projections and actuals and estimating costs and timely execution of modifications. Reporting to the General Partner, the person chosen for this position will be the leader of the PRA teams in the eyes of the customer and it will be their job to ensure client satisfaction through PRA's execution of the trial; resulting in repeat business award. Qualifications Successful candidates will have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in a science or health related field, (advanced degree preferred); minimum of 10 years clinical research experience preferred with at least 7 years Project Management experience of domestic and international studies. Candidates should have at least 5 years with a proven record of team building and leadership skills, strong client interaction, conflict resolution and risk management, plus a strong financial knowledge.
