Clinical Program Manager This position is responsible for the operational management and oversight of the Altus 238 clinical program. The selected individual will work very closely with the Medical Director and Director of Clinical Operations as well as other cross-functional teams and clinical staff to ensure successful completion of all clinical activities within the required time frame and funding parameters. This individual will be accountable for ensuring that all project deliverables meet the expectations of senior management and the program team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, hiring, developing, and retaining the Clinical Project Managers. This individual is responsible for the overall clinical program budget. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible and accountable for the deliverables of multiple global clinical trials Leverages resources, expertise and knowledge across multiple projects to ensure attainment of project deliverables in keeping with corporate and department goals Provides input into the development of global clinical strategies Prepares, manages and is accountable for program budget Lead multi-functional team responsible for implementation of clinical trial Responsible, either directly or through Clinical Project Manager, for site selection and contracting, including negotiation of budgets through completion of contract Responsible, either directly or through Clinical Project Manager, for vendor selection, qualification through.
