Works across the organization to ensure high level organization design honors God, serves Compassion's mission and impacts the people we serve. Serves as the Strengthen the Nets Strategic Program Manager.Responsibilities: Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion's ministry in prayer. Working within one's influence, serves as an advocate for children around the world who live in poverty and are not able to speak out for themselves. This includes being informed about the issues of children and influencing others to care about children who are in need. Works with Compassion's executive, functional and field leadership to align the high-level organization design (structure, processes and culture) with the vision and strategy of Compassion. Focuses on the design and interaction between the large organizational entities, as well as how those entities relate to Compassion's key stakeholder groups (e.g., sponsors, donors, church partners, global alliances, strategic partners).
