Job Description:

Provide strategic and logistical support on event planning to all volunteer Chapters. Lead the Chapters to achieve their annual fundraising targets which amount to about 30% of Room to Read's annual fundraising goals. Work with the Chief Development Officer on strategies to improve the strength of the chapters in order for them to increase their high-level of participation in Room to Read's annual fundraising goals. Manage the Development Analyst who supports all efforts of the Manger of Chapters and Volunteers and is responsible for coordinating San Francisco office volunteers, providing logistical support to the Chapters, and nurturing newly founded chapters. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Chapter Leaders and our worldwide network of volunteers through regular communications. Coordinate the annual conference for the volunteer Chapter Leaders held in the first quarter of each year. In conjunction with the Executive Assistant team.
