Job Description:
Requires solid background in child welfare or child/family services and/or volunteer management. A positive attitude and excellent communication, advocacy, teamwork, and volunteer management skills are required. Cultural competency is a critical skill requirement. One full-time position is available in Multnomah County, working out of our Portland office at the Juvenile Justice Center. One full time and one half-time position are available in Washington County, working out of our downtown Hillsboro office. Additional Qualifications: Graduate degree and three years experience or equivalent. Knowledge of child abuse and neglect issues, advocacy, family dynamics, cultural issues, and the social service system.
