Position Summary The Volunteer Engagement Manager supports the mission of United Way by working with the Community Impact team to develop, implement and measure a volunteer engagement strategy that aims to create the opportunities for improving lives for all by focusing volunteer efforts on community impact issues; education, income and health. The Volunteer Engagement Manager will work with volunteers, donors, community partners, business, government, labor, faith-based organizations and staff to engage volunteers in meaningful, quality volunteer roles that make a measurable difference in the quality of life for people in the community.
