Job Description:
This position exists to assist the Director in planning, directing and overall operation of the area. Manages ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. The incumbent is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of the strategic initiatives of the Volunteer Programs for Clarian Health Partners (Methodist, IU, and Riley Hospitals). QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Post secondary degree preferred. Requires knowledge in business applications. Requires ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
