Our most frequent mediation cases center around issues of: Property maintenence Animal noise/control Landlord/tenant disputes Home Owners Association disputes Interpersonal Harrassment Contract disputes Thanks to our awesome volunteers, we have 98% success rate in fully resolving the issues that come to our mediation table! Our current pool of over 120 volunteers includes folks from a wide variety of career and interest backgrounds, and we would love to have you on board! Volunteer mediator requirements include: Completion of a 40-Hour Basic Mediation training course. (You may take the bi-annual Solve-It! training or provide proof of completion of another, comparable course) Completion of a 2.5-Hour Solve-It! Case Development training workshop.
