Job Responsibilities: Creates design, concepts and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and design. Assists in the production of graphics and collateral at various levels of complexity to provide products that are within agency/city design standards. Projects include newsletters, brochures, flyers, forms and presentations.Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Able to take a project from start to finish producing files that are print ready; responsible for blueline review. Responsible for interfacing with vendors and team members to provide a product that conforms to standards, requirements and schedules. Good eye for color and detail. Qualifications: Completion of six (6) credit hours of college and current enrollment in a college program leading to a Baccalaureate or higher Degree in professional field specific to the departmental and/or work assignment. Enrollment must be in a learning institute that is accredited through the Higher Learning Commission. Continued enrollment in a college program is condition of employment with the City.
