Job Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (1) Oversee concessions & catering operations: supervision and training of event/game day staff, maintain accurate money handling procedures, maintain proper cooking procedures and temperatures, prepare and maintain weekly, monthly and seasonal reports, maintain inventory reports, responsible for ordering and unloading food/beverage deliveries, operate, maintain, and clean all equipment, ensure adherence to all Health Code regulations, other duties as assigned. (2) Assist with the supervision and training of facility student work staff. (3) Assist in the coordination of scheduling for Public Safety, Facilities Operations, and Housekeeping staff. (4) Assist in submitting/tracking maintenance work orders. (5) Assist in the maintenance of the Athletic Department vehicles. (6) Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree required Licenses/Certifications: Valid Michigan Driver's License Other: (1) must be able to travel, (2) must be able to drive 15 passenger vans, (3) strong communication and interpersonal skills, (4) strong communication and interpersonal skills, (5) strong leadership and motivational skills Weekly Work Schedule.
