Expert or significant experience implementing IM based projects. Demonstrated ability to work with and manage people teams in a complex, diverse and changing environment to deliver value added results to the organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals & objectives. Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels. Demonstrated experience, within or outside of BMS, of successfully executing projects in a complex matrix environment multiple sites, multiple geographies. A strong working knowledge of the product portfolio. Experience in managing decisions and actions that directly impacts P&L of other functional areas. Bachelors degree in a related business or technical discipline plus 10+ years of Supply Chain or other business related experience. MB A preferred. 5+ years of Manufacturing experiece. Expert knowledge of supply chain systems and processes with particular expertise in SAP. Broad understanding of Technical Operations functions and value levers.
