In addition this role is considered both a supervisor and member of the team they support. Several daily accountabilities will include working necessary tasks within the processes they support. Team Administrative and Development: Responsible for ensuing the attainment of goals as laid out in goal deployment and AOP Coordinate daily work activities and assignments for MPL, Configuration Management and Metrology teams Guide employee growth, development, and performance management - Create and maintain a High Performance Work Team Communicate to resolve problems and address employee issues - Work closely with Human Resources to maintain and enhance employee relations Manage team scheduling and time reporting Manage process customer expectations - Present proactive solutions to customer groups by anticipating issues/concerns SAP Supervisory / Work Activities: (Command Media, Configuration & MPL management) Ensure all required R&O command media and required MPL data is available, accurate and up to date o Ensure all required configuration management information is flowed throughout Phoenix R&O utilizing SAP and required legacy systems o Create, customize and configure data inspection plans designed to meet the needs of a variety of customer\'s technical and contractual requirements o Implement changes to data inspection plans to reflect changes in command media.
