Excellent staff management skills and the ability to build/promote a team environment are essential, as are outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment is critical. Highly developed relationship management, conflict resolution and problem solving skills are required. They must have experience managing multi-year large scale projects, banking/financial would be nice-to-have, on-shore/off-shore work, and mainframe/server software modernization/rewrite work, and should be a Transformational Leader with strong leadership skills.Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Establish and maintain a tight working partnership with the IT and business owners to provide high levels of valueSimultaneously manage work across multiple streams of the Client project lifecycle which includes requirements definition and business alignment, systems development and configuration, data and systems coordination, communications, end user adoption and trainingManage multiple projects simultaneouslyManage the work of the Project Managers as requiredReport status.
