Job Description:
This position will perform the Project Management function with the Enterprise Systems Infrastructure Program Manager to execute the full project management lifecycle for the Hardware, SAP BASIS, TIBCO and Security teams. Skills Required: The position requires an advanced skill level in the following competencies: ? Independently Facilitate discussions to define work breakdown structures, estimate work effort and resource load project plans utilizing Microsoft Project? Independently facilitate discussions to resolve complicated cross-team issues? Independently track progress on team activities and direct corrective action in the event that tasks fall behind schedule ? Independently measure progress and report results to project leadership ? Ability to build relationships with team members and project stakeholders ? Written and verbal communication skills ? Formal project management methodologies (People, Process, Information, and Technology) and the Project Management Lifecycle ? Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure project delivery team The position requires an intermediate/basic skill level in the following competencies:? Utilizing Microsoft Office.
