Job Description:
We are a small private childcare academy that is seeking 2 PT Assistant Directors/Directors. We are looking for professional, educated individuals who can work as team players and act as an interactive member of the administrative staff. These individuals should have previous experience in a childcare/educational setting, and be familiar with the state regulations of Illinois as well as a familiarity of the demands of the day-to-day operations of a chilcare facility.
Job Requirements:
Additionally, these candidates should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs and be able to work within a close-knit work space. Felxibiity and willingness to learn a must! We offer competitive rate of pay with the opportunity for childcare discounts, provided we have space available for your child's age group. Bi-Lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, and previous expereince as an Assistant Director, or Director a plus but not required. You must have at least 60 hours of college education(Bachelor's preferred) with 18 of those hours in "child-centered" coursework.
