An Excellent Opportunity - as a Production Manager Trainee you will work at the direction of the Production Manager who is responsible for the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of an ARAMARK industrial laundry plant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining high quality standards for all garments and other goods, with a focus on providing outstanding service to our customers; Evaluation of the performance of the plant equipment and recommendation of capital purchases; Recruitment, interviewing, and scheduling of front-line employees and building a strong team in the plant; Directing and Supervising plant employees and providing a positive motivational environment; Communicating with the service & sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
