Job Description:
Reports all results to the Director of Operations.Checks shift time data reports for completeness and accuracy.Relays all current information concerning safety rules and regulations to the employees to keep abreast of Company safety and OSHA standards. Maintains appropriate MSDS files. Ensures required equipment is available and being used. Ensures that LOCK OUT / TAG OUT is being used.Works with material handlers regarding stock for press (using the production schedule) and staging of ready for binderyť production.Assists the Director of Operations with maintaining the equipment (maintenance logs).Administers Company policies and procedures. Assesses the need for re-running or lifting jobs where quality is questionable.Attends regular supervisor meetings.Assist with customer OK\'s.Achieves a high level of employee efficiency and morale through leadership and the use of sound management and human relations techniques.Strives to act upon the Six People Expectations: Internal and External Customer Focus, Teamwork, Attitude, Empathy, and a Positive Environment.
