Job Description: Organize training for new systems, new processes and updated SOPsï § Analyze results through test calls, observations and focus groupsï § Present client training, system enhancement training, and new employee training to Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, Resolution Specialist and Management team in staff meetingsï § Proactively identify training needs of existing CSR\'s, Resolution Specialists and Supervisors to create and organize training in team meetingsï § Organize training for client implementations with the Client Implementation team and identify areas of opportunity from analyzing test call results from Quality Assuranceï § Complete peer evaluations and provide feedback to trainers as they conduct trainingï § Design curriculum for management team training (i.e. Coaching for Success)ï § Create test calls to assess the knowledge of CSR\'s and Resolution Specialist on technical issues, new procedures, and SOPsï § Complete projects as assignedï § Document performance of trainees and evaluate employees prior to their release to the call centerï § Design training material and implement new or changing procedures, policies or plans
