With an eye for fun n\' funny, can you conjure relevant visual scenarios and stories involving people, children, animals and environments that are instantly provocative? And pick-up compelling at first glance? THE KIND OF PHOTO ART DIRECTOR WE\'RE SHOOTING FOR POSSESSES THESE ABILITIES: The proven skills to concept, construct (or build) and then create (or produce) a photograph or photo-illustration of one-of-a-kind Avanti imagery. A good eye for the type of composition and design that crafts a good picture. The hands-on ability to take any idea (yours or others) from concept to pre- production to final photo image while managing multiple deadlines and shoot schedules. The passion and desire to dig deeper; researching and settling for only the best resources and talent. And a willingness to really get Avanti\'s brand feel. Knowledge of current photo trends and a working knowledge of relevant software that helps us prepare and edit our cards. (Photoshop\'s a huge plus). A lean-forward attitude that also respects and considers your peers. Can grab a seat in one of our brainstorm sessions with both confidence and mutual respect to interface with the team; participate, create and ideate humorous card concepts through pencil sketches, leaving everyone amazed.
