Job Description: Hancock Bank, an organization that recently ranked third among America’s top-performing financial institutions by Bank Director magazine and consistently rates among the nation’s strongest, safest banks, has an excellent opportunity in our Gulfport, MS, office for an Organizational Development Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designing, developing, maintaining and administering leadership training curriculum Providing one on one coaching on leadership development needs identified through an assessment process Analyzing corporate needs/gaps to determine and manage learning strategies & performance improvement initiatives Facilitating leadership reviews and succession planning activities with managers Recommending and leading organizational development projects such as retooling the organization’s performance management process Incumbent will have a Master's degree or equivalent; four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
