Job Description: Administer human resources policies in accordance with corporate guidelines. Recruit applicants for available positions according to budget. Administer benefits, unemployment compensation and workers compensation. Conduct employee orientation. Develop employee incentive and motivation programs. Conduct needs assessment for area training programs. Represent management at unemployment, workers comp and EEO hearings. Assist managers and supervisors with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling. Assure compliance with FCC and EEO regulations, labor laws, and labor agreements. Coordinate Personnel Action Notice (PAN) forms with HR Service Center. Coach Associates on ER Issues, and HR Policies/Guidelines Provide HR consultative services to Departments Coach Employees on Performance Mgmt./Discipline Implement Retention Strategies Coordinate Job Descriptions, Org. Development; Benchmarking Coordinate Compensation matters; BenchmarkingCommunicate HR Policies, Guidelines, Products and Services Develop/Support Employee Recognition Programs Develop/Coordinate Career Pathing Programs Provide Career Development Implement Leadership Programs Implement Talent Assessment ProgramsImplement Performance Enhancement Programs Perform other duties as assignedPunctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Must be able to work in Frederick and Rockville, MD.
