MCLNO is a 467 bed acute care hospital with an operating budget of over $357 million and over 2,100 employees. MCLNO is part of the statewide public hospital system that is managed by LSU HCSD. The incumbent directs all facets of a comprehensive Human Resources Management Program including benefits, classification and pay, wage and salary administration, discipline, employee and labor relations, EEO and JCAHO compliance, HR information systems, recruitment and selection, employee assistance and drug testing, employee health services, and staff development and education. Qualification Requirments: Baccalaureate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related level human resources experience, of which 3 years must have been in a managerial or administrative position. An additional 4 years of professional level experience may substitute for the degree requirement. MBA, MHA, or MPA may substitute for 2 years of the professional level experience. Desired: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field.
