This individual will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to build awareness and drive business growth for Deloittes Consulting services. The individual will work closely with business leaders and marketing and PR professionals to plan and implement distinctive programs. a The candidate must be a highly skilled marketing professional with proven skills in marketing strategy, branding and messaging, and public relations. Duties involve the following: a Priority Service Offering (example: Business Drive HR) - 40 percent a - Lead program strategy development, implementation and on-going management efforts for priority service offering. - Work with marketing leaders from other areas to ensure consistency and alignment with strategy and priorities. - Direct public relations initiatives. - Manage internal and external resources, including budget - Track and report program ROI and success against goals. a World Class Human Capital Program - 35 percent a - Work with Human Capital leaders to build focused, strategic marketing program that supports revenue goals and positions Deloitte as a market leader. - Implement supporting infrastructure and marketing programs. a - Engage and manager team resources (PR, internal comms, web team, analyst relations, alliances) and external agencies. a - Direct public relations activities. - Ensure alignment with the overall strategy and priorities. - Monitor and understand the competitive landscape; develop distinct positioning. - Track and report program ROI and success against goals.
