Job Description:
Liaising with subject matter experts and senior ARR professionals to design, develop, and deliver ARR related training programs, including classroom, web-based, and self-instruction. Managing relationships with assigned ARR clients to assess learning and development needs and marshal resources to provide solutions. Delivering classroom courses both domestically and internationally throughout Latin Americ a , Europe, Middle East, Afric a and Asi a Pacific (approximately 30% time dedicated to international travel), as well as serving as project manager for multiple training projects and programs simultaneously. Managing projects with global or cross-divisional participation. Working with peers to create/standardize learning and development processes and tools, as well as measures and reports on impact of learning and development processes. Staying current with industry trends, competitor best in class processes, and tools and instruments. Managing budget expenditures within guidelines and comply with all appropriate financial and control/compliance processes. Traveling 30% or more.Specifications / Qualifications BS or B A in instructional design, adult learning, organizational development or related studies. Comparable work experience can substitute education emphasis; however a bachelors degree is required. Masters degree preferred Skills / Competencies Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in the areas of Instructional Design Expertise in designing and implement elearning training solutions is critical Organization Development, and Training and Development. Ability to interface with all levels of the organization. Proven history of effective relationships with line management and staff. Highly effective consulting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and readily adapt to change.
