Job Description: The Kitchen Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring great food quality and recipe adherence throughout the shift. Is responsible for all kitchen functions on an opening, mid or closing shift to include food quality management, supervision of all kitchen staff, housekeeping, kitchen set-up, sanitation, safety and pace. Is responsible for scheduling and development of kitchen staff. Has financial responsibility for food costs, labor costs and kitchen supplies. This position qualifies for industry leading benefits with stock options, 55 hour work week, with 2 days off consecutively.
