Job Description:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Must be able to multitask and able to operate efficiently in a fast paced environment Job duties will include but not limited to: -proactively recruiting for large volume accounts in industrial, clerical, administrative, skilled and misc -background checks / administation of in-house drug screens / Reference checks -daily check in to clients, follow up service calls including e-mails -Post job orders on job boards. -Keep track of number of applicants, track, analyze and report candidate status -Some payroll functions & Delivery of checks -Communicating daily with Branch Manager via e-mail and verbally. Effectively interact with team. -Keep track of needed office supplies -Skill market qualified associates to prospective clients -Build a pipeline and maintain a relationship with candidates. -Retrieve and process job orders from clients (ask all needed questions) -reviewing documents, screening applicants via telephone and in person, administering applications, conducting orientations, Interview candidates.
