Job Description: The Director will work closely with members of the Department\'s senior leadership team as well as departmental hiring managers to identify and meet their recruiting needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with program development and implementation in an entrepreneurial environment. Reports to: Executive Director, Organizational Services Responsibilities Build and manage the DOE\'s executive & organizational recruitment function Define models of support (e.g., full service, advisory) and accompanying service levels Assess resource requirements, deliverable timelines, and success metrics Develop and monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., staff turnover/retention rates, recruitment yields, resumes received, interviews, number of new hires, and applicant source) Monitor and analyze internal supply and demand of recruitment services Supervise Executive & Organizational Recruitment team members to manage position postings, interview scheduling, resume screening, and applicant correspondence Formalize and manage recruitment processes Collaborate with executive staff and hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies to the specific requirements of individual positions and departments Manage job postings, advertisements and recruitment efforts (both internal and external) Provide on-going consultative support and training in DOE recruitment and hiring practices as well as compensation and civil service Ensure that proposed job postings and newspaper advertisements properly reflect the civil service titles that will be used to fill the position, including qualification requirements, and conform to the Department\'s Management Pay Plan compensation structure Assist in the formation of interview and selection committees and as requested, serve on selection committees and/or participate in the development of candidate selection criteria
