Must have experience for orchestrating customer focused strategies and solid business relationships that build and sustain customer satisfaction Highly organized with adaptability skills to maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures. Demonstrated ability to instill operational discipline within the staffing function as well as the ability to successfully align staffing processes/strategy with the business requirements. High degree of experience in understanding and analyzing complex spreadsheets, various data and key metrics to measure staffing performance. Must have strong strategic thinking skills to identify and understand issues.
