Participate in achieving regional business development goals through meetings and teleconferences, networking/marketing efforts, client face-to-face meetings/presentations, industry conferences, and proposal development, and Mentor more junior staff through training and coaching opportunities. Requirements: BS Degree (MS preferred) in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field; 7-12 years of EHS experience in consulting or diverse industrial facilities, including compliance, auditing, and management systems experience; Proven track record in project/client management and business development for large, complex EHS contracts; Established relationships and a positive reputation within the local consulting industry as well as within the legal and regulatory communities; Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience writing detailed EHS policies/programs and technical reports; Ability to handle multiple assignments within strict project budgets and deadlines, and Availability to travel as-needed to client facilities throughout the region.
