The hospital provides a full range of emergency, medical, surgical, critical, orthopedic, obstetric and pediatric care services. We are seeking a Manager for our Volunteer Services Department, to perform the following functions: Recruit, interview, select, assign, and train teens and assigned adult volunteers to fulfill specific responsibilities throughout facility (500 active volunteers) Coordinate and oversee the data management for volunteer service programs to ensure accuracy, maintenance, confidentiality and security of all required reports and documentation for volunteers Interact with clinical staff and hospital departments to provide data results and assist with assessment of volunteer utilization and development of new programs Meet with community groups and schools, and attend functions to encourage volunteer service to the hospital Requirements: Three to five years of office management and supervisory experience Training in group process, negotiation skill facilitation and team building Ability to plan, organize and schedule in an efficient and productive manner required Education Requirements: Minimum of Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Two years of volunteer services or related experience preferred Email this job to a friend!
