Job Description:
Auditing and EHS compliance assurance will involve working with the Director of Compliance Assurance to develop and implement global compliance assurance programs and policies. It will also include site auditing activities. The position also involves management of environmental remediation programs and facilitation of company-wide site remediation programs. Lastly, the position requires ensuring that the Tyco's remediation and liability reserves are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Position Requirements/Skills: Strong project management and leadership skills. The individual must have strong written and oral communication skills. Needs to be comfortable working with web-based and other electronic tools, skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word required.Special Knowledge/Skills: Extensive knowledge and experience with environmental remediation laws and regulations. Some experience with EHS compliance assurance and auditing will be required. Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and processes.
