Job Description:
Enterprise in establishing and maintaining safety operations which comply at all times with applicable laws and regulations, corporate guidelines, and best practices Provides client and business development support for CH2M HILL OMI and CH2M HILL Enterprise Maintains technical skills and certification at the highest level and remains informed of the latest developments in the field and share nation wide as necessary Builds professional and positive relationships and adapts to diverse cultures Assists with the development and implementation of Safety Training programs Participates as Quality Development Team member in developing and recommending company standards Actively participates in the CH2M HILL OMI Quality Development Process including assisting in developing, planning, and implementing theand/or performs project and safety startups and training on an “as requested” basis by the Regional Health and Safety Managers Coordinates and/or provides technical assistance, management guidance, and proposal assistance on an “as requested” basis Supports annual safety reviews at all applicable CH2M HILL OMI facilities when requested Coordinates the statistical evaluation and measurement of safety statistical data from each applicable CH2M HILL OMI facility including development and distribution of required reports Prepares, reviews, or assists in the preparation of manuals and guides for O&M, safety procedures and develops training programs as required Prepares, reviews, or assists in the development of safety cost, and equipment specifications, assist in establishing national purchasing agreements for safety supply items Participates in project reviews and as a Quality Development.
