Job Description:
Depending on qualified candidate Responsible for pricing, forecasting, and profitability analysis. In depth portfolio analysis, identifying industry trends, and competitive analysis are key duties. Coordinates product research, analysis, development and implementation of products, services, programs and offers. Works fairly independently, referring unusual questions to more experienced personnel or management. Reviews existing offerings, modifying them as needed as a result of business goals and competitive pressures and developing new initiatives based on business needs and market research on customers, competitors and trends. Analyzes secondary research into competitors, products and pricing. Performs primary research by coordinating research vendors with appropriate internal liasons. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies. Requirements Travel may be required. 4-year degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 5+ years related experience required. Experience in product design in a financial/banking environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior managers.
