Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in forecasting and strategic planning for the product line. Responsible for all aspect of inside sales and customer service; support personnel in those areas as needed to be effective and achieve the business goals for the line. Engage in direct selling activity as required, both inside and in the field. Work with Agents and Resellers as required or defined by our official agreements with then. Respond to all customer opportunities and issues in a timely fashion. Maintain accurate records of all projects and quotation activity. Maintain accurate order book. Assure overall customer service satisfaction. Participate as required in assuring timely collection of customer payments. Provide accurate periodic forecasting for monthly pro-forma estimating. Manage and measure activities and performance of independent agents and resellers. Manage and measure activities and performance of company sales personnel as it related to the product line. Interact and cooperate as required with others in the company to achieve business goals.
