Job Description:
Involved with product throughout all stages of life cycle (conception, definition, development, release and post-release activities). Gathers data on new product ideas and evaluates them for financial and market potential. Works with product development on new products and current product enhancements. Ensures achievement of strategic revenue objectives for a specific product or product family. Plays a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the product is differentiated from competitors'. May work with employee education, sales, customer support and product support on positioning products, designing demos, developing training courses, etc. May Supervise one or more manager and/or analyst. Qualifications Bachelor degree (Business preferred) or equivalent related experience. Typically 2-5 years of product support, product planning or equivalent experience. Ideal skills include: Good knowledge of all products within a product family, company policies and practices. Thorough knowledge of long-range and operational planning techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
