Job Description:
Responsibilities The Knowledge and Content Product Manager will have overall responsibility for the design, construction & delivery of Knowledge & Content Management Infrastructure for our next-generation Centricity platform. Lead multi-generational development effort for the knowledge management platform, content management process, and tools, including gathering key customer requirements, developing product concept proposals, creating multi-generational product plans, and generating detailed product specifications. Collaborate with Intermountain Healthcare to ensure their terminology & Knowledge infrastructure requirements are leveraged into a Knowledge and Content life cycle roadmap. Create a repeatable process for driving the content life cycle (building, publishing, maintaining, and updating advanced clinical knowledge and content), including simple reference content, rules, alerts, reminders, pathways, protocols, actionable forms, and other clinical content. This will include development of standard approaches to incorporating domain expertise in the content life cycle. Own cross-GE Healthcare business relationships with peer product managers to drive enterprise adoption of the Knowledge Management platform across the broader clinical product portfolio. Lead cross-functional business teams, including Downstream Marketing, Regulatory, ITPS, & Legal departments to develop a viable knowledge management product offering. Be spokesperson for program and team: create communication plan and generate internal excitement, advertise best practices, set expectations that allow team to succeed. Identify, develop & manage 3rd party relationships with content vendors.
