• Source and qualify potential candidates
• Manage candidate tracking in our database
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, with submissions to clients
• Extend offers to potential hires and close
• Aggressive prospecting & cold calling with target market
Job Requirements:
• Articulate. Professional telephone manner is a must.
• Confidence and the drive to succeed at sales

• Prior staffing or technical sales experience
