Job Description:
The position will be responsible for project management; budget management; awards management; space management; supervision of research staff; assist in designing and implementing new research projects, including budgetary concerns, determination of standard operating procedures, maintenance of data integrity, and assurance of confidentiality for human research participants; design both short-term and longitudinal strategies for the instrumentation, implementation, and analyses of research; work closely with the Principal Investigator to identify and execute research group priorities; apply knowledge of dementia and clinical research to perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications BA/BS with a major in Psychology, Business Administration or a related field and four years of experience in administrative analysis or operations research; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience and expertise in research design and clinical program management; experience with budget projections and maintenance; knowledge of Good Clinical Practices; strong motivation and interest in doing research; must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical and coordinating abilities; ability to prioritize, work independently, and to meet deadlines; demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability.
