Greenville, SC Job Type: Full-Time Responsible for the implementation, direction, execution and management of departmental research studies and the education of research staff and healthcare team members. Develops and maintains successful interdisciplinary relationships with the system and community and with sponsoring agencies. Develops and maintains a system to promote regulatory compliance. Develops and negotiates study budgets and manages clinical trial agreements (contracts). Proactively seeks new research grants. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other science field, with three (3) years Clinical Research and Management experience, OR, Associate's Degree in Nursing with five (5) years Clinical Research experience and five (5) years supervisory/management experience required. CCRA (Certified Clinical Research Associate) certification and experience with Academic Medical Centers preferred.
