Job Description:
First Job Description The Senior Manager Clinical Research's primary objective is to conceptualize, plan, design, and execute clinical studies. This includes overall project management of multiple clinical studies or CROs and project planning to include assessment of development team head count, resource planning, project timelines and effective utilization of budget. This person will manage CRAs, including their development, coaching and mentoring. This person will be able to effectively communicate project-related information, including the planning and execution of meetings and presentations. The CPM is also responsible for coordinating and completing scientific documents including protocols, clinical study reports and other regulatory documents. This position may be filled from a grade 18-19 depending on candidate's skills and experience. Skills/Experience Requirements We require a Bachelor's degree. A Masters or Ph.D. in a scientific or medical field is desired. The CPM will have a minimum of four years pharmaceutical industry experience that includes biomedical research, experience with FDA guidelines for clinical studies and clinical study monitoring.
