Our client, a successful pharmaceuticals company, located in the Bay Area, is seeking a prospective employee to fill their Accounting Manager role. This position will report to the Senior Director of Accounting and is responsible for supervision of the general accounting team. Major Duties & Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager: Prepare monthly internal financial statements. Oversee all monthly, quarterly and year-end closings. Review and ensure that the Company's financial records are accurate. Coordinate year-end audit and quarterly reviews with the external auditors. Prepare managerial reports as required. Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts. Efficient and effective functioning of the monthly and year end closings.
