The Firms investors in its commingled and single client portfolio’s include representation of some of the most sophisticated U.S. public pension systems, private corporate pensions, endowments and foundations Opportunity Assist the CFO with financial accounting, reporting, research and internal controls for the management company, private equity funds and joint venture entities Position: Manager – Financial Reporting Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining the books and records of the management company including cash management, forecasts, and financial statement review. Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements for funds Review capital calls and distributions for the firms investment partnerships Assist with coordination of annual audits with external auditors Coordination with external tax manager on tax issues and review of partnership entities Support monthly internal reporting packages for the firm and it’s investments Supervise, train and develop Staffing Now Special projects and analysis including the maintenance of a policies and procedures manual Indentify ways to promote efficiency within the reporting process and create a best practices environment.
